There is a large amount of floor tile that must be removed from the building.  Here are three very different tools for removing the tile.

This opening will allow the building’s heating and cooling system duct work to enter from the outside.  A large piece of equipment will set on the roof above this opening.  The equipment will contain a heat recovery wheel as part of the building's energy efficiency system.  As air exits the building it passes through the rotating wheel, this warms the wheel . As fresh air enters the building the air is warmed as heat is transferred from the wheel. This conserves energy by recovering heat,  reducing the amount of energy used to heat the building.
